Jim Ray, president of Neuse River Networks, announces the launch
of www.trianglerecord.com,
a site especially helpful for those who are buying and leasing commercial
property. Users who need telephones, general contractors, brokers,
leasing agents and more will be able to find merchants who supply
those services. As the site is further developed, there will be
an approved vendor list - a directory of who offers the better services
in and around the Raleigh area.
Triangle Record meetings are held once a month, in and around the
Triangle region, with the main focus of building the business network
by knowing what companies operate in different aspects of commercial
real estate. The meetings will help clients to determine which company
they can build relationships with so that they can be comfortable
referring that company to a customer.
Jim used Joomla's software to create the site. Joomla, a Content
Management system (CMS), is an application used to manage the content
of a web site. Triangle Record was done completely on Linux with
Open Source software. The process of setting up the domain name
and site took only one hour. The cost for registering the domain
name was under $10, and hosting fees are only $7 per month.
Specializing in the design, sales, installation, and support of
today's technology for small to mid-sized markets, Neuse River Networks
also focuses in both commercial and industrial network systems.
Now in its tenth year, the company began with deploying phone, computer,
and audio systems in and around the Raleigh/Durham area, which they
continue today.
